E. K. Fernandez Shows is looking for nonprofit groups to work in the food wagons and game booths at upcoming carnivals and fairs.

If your nonprofit group is interested in raising money by providing manpower for these concessions, please do the following:

1. Click here to check our coming events.
2. Complete and submit the online Non Profit Group Sign Up form below.
3. Expect a call from us after 24 hours to confirm application receipt, availability of concessions and schedule a meeting.
4. During the meeting, we will provide you with the following:
1. Contract
2. W9 - Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification
3. SS4 - Application for Employer Identification Number
4. Manpower requirements and schedule per concession.
5. Concession policies and procedures.
6. Workplace walkthrough.
7. Worker's Pass and Parking Pass (as needed)
5. In order to finalize your group's participation to your targeted event, we will need to have the following requirements at least, three (3) days prior to the start of the event:
1. Signed Contract with Federal ID Number
2. Completed W9
3. Name list and work hours of your volunteers who will be working at the concession. The list should include your designated group coordinator (and contact details) who will be present in each shift.
