Whether its a corporate party at the 50th
State Fair or one of our other events or a customized party for your organization, what
better way to entertain your employees and associates than with rides, games, food booths,
and great entertainment? Below are examples of three types of events weve held in
recent years. If one of these isnt exactly what you have in mind, send us an email
by clicking here and we can discuss something unique for
your situation.
Exclusive Buyout - Large organization wanted exclusive use of one of our events prior to the Fair opening to the public. They guaranteed a minimum of 4,000
people in attendance and received exclusive use for three hours. Once they were on the
fairgrounds, they were able to remain at the Fair until closing. They received the
following:
- Admission to the Fair/Event
- Wristband good for rides from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Scrip to purchase food and beverages and play games. The scrip was good until the Fair
closed at midnight.
- Small stuffed animal with the organizations logo on an ear tag as a souvenir
- Exclusive use of the dining/entertainment tent from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., including use of
the stage and sound system for their activities
- Special showing of the entertainment attractions prior to opening for the public
- Option for an additional fee to purchase a wristband good for rides from 6 p.m. to
midnight
- Banner placement at the entrance to the Fair and in the entertainment tent
Corporate Employee Party - Company held its annual employee party, but
instead of exclusive use of the Fair, they held it one afternoon when the Fair was open to
the public. They received the following:
- Admission to the Fair/Event
- Wristband good for rides from noon to 6 p.m.
- Scrip to purchase food and beverages and play games
- Exclusive use of one of the dining/entertainment tents from noon to 6 p.m.
- Use of stage and sound system in the entertainment tent for their activities
- Play-to-win game set up in their tent where employees won a small stuffed animal with
the companys logo on an ear tag as a souvenir
- Reserved seating for the entertainment attractions
- Banner placement at the entrance to the Fair and in the entertainment tent
Note: Some of the corporate employee parties elect to have one
or two of the food vendors at the Fair cater their food and set it up buffet-style in the
dining/entertainment tent rather than issuing scrip for their employees to purchase food
on the midway. In this case, the scrip would be good for playing games.
Member Appreciation Day - An organization held its annual member
appreciation day at the Fair. They were issued tickets from Ticketmaster that they in turn
distributed to their outlets to sell to their members. We charged the organization a
discounted price for the tickets and they then discounted them even further for their
members and subsidized the balance. They received the following:
- Admission to the Fair/Event
- Wristband good for rides from noon to 6 p.m.
- Use of the stage and sound system in the main dining/entertainment tent where they held
hourly drawings for lots of nice prizes provided by the organization and its partners
- Banner placement at the entrance to the Fair and in the dining tent
